Refund Policy

At EazyWed Matrimonial Haven, we are committed to providing quality matrimonial services to help you find the right match. However, we understand that expectations may vary from person to person.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered only after a minimum of 3 months from the date of registration.
A 30% refund of the registration fee will be processed only if the member is not satisfied with our services.
The request must be made in writing via WhatsApp to our official number.

Conditions

The refund is applicable only on one-time registration fees, not on any premium add-ons or promotional offers.
The member must have actively used the services during the 3-month period (e.g., updated profile, communicated with matches, attended consultations).
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- The user profile was found to be false or misleading.
- The account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Use.
- The user failed to respond or participate in the matchmaking process.

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days through the same payment method used at the time of registration.
Transaction or processing charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Company Rights

EazyWed Matrimonial Haven reserves the right to modify or discontinue the refund policy at any time.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts in Mumbai, India.
